Our Family Ministries Program consists of the Kids of the Kingdom and our youth group. Our activities are a combination of fellowship, service, and Christian education.
The Kids of the Kingdom is a new program this fall. We have done activities like making tie-dye t-shirts, baking our own cookies, and going to Tanner’s Orchard. The Kids of the Kingdom is geared towards children in the first grade through fifth grade.
Our youth group is for youth in sixth through twelfth grade. We have had lock-ins, cook-outs, studies about how our faith interacts with popular movies, such as Twilight, and a Christmas mission project.
In addition, we have a family event once a month open to everyone. We do activities that are suitable for all ages. In the past we have had turnk or treat with pumpkin carving, we have gone bowling, and we have had a game night, among other activities. This is a great chance to fellowship together!
